3. Tool: the 90-second audit
The Bayesian audit on /quiz is an indicative tool. The model is published and the math is honest, but the results are not a substitute for a forensic baseline. Posterior probabilities are illustrative and not guarantees of outcome.
4. Engagements
Service engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter and statement of work. Nothing on the Site creates an engagement, retention, or representation by DefendMyRep, LLC until a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.
5. No guarantees on specific platforms
We do not and will not guarantee removal of specific URLs, articles, or reviews. We guarantee adherence to the published protocol, the published model, and the published metrics.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (including the quiz, copy, and visual design) is the property of DefendMyRep, LLC. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse this content without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Site use is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DefendMyRep, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
