Crisis PR & Rapid Response

Six-hour SLA. Senior counsel, holding statement, media tree, takedown legal — by the time the story breaks, the response is already moving.

From $5,400/month watch + activation fee

The first six hours of a crisis determine the next five years of brand value. Internal communications teams almost never have the speed, the legal coordination, or the senior media relationships needed to compress those six hours into a coordinated response.

The Rapid Response Protocol is not a panic button — it is a prepared perimeter. Holding statements, media trees, and takedown legal flows are written before anything happens. When the alarm goes off, the system was already running.

Plain-English FAQ

Questions every Crisis PR & Rapid Response buyer asks.

When does the 6-hour SLA clock start?

At activation — the moment we declare Tier-1 with you. Watch-mode incidents that don't meet Tier-1 are handled inside business hours.

What's the activation fee?

$8,000 floor, scoped up based on incident type. For most active retainer clients, the first activation per year is included in the watch fee.

Can you guarantee no media coverage?

No — and any firm that guarantees that is selling you the kind of suppression tactic that becomes the next news cycle. We can dramatically shape *which* coverage and *with which framing*.
